Senior Plan Consultant Frank Pepe III was selected by PLANSPONSOR as a 2023 Service Star! The PLANSPONSOR Service Star Awards program recognizes the retirement plan account representatives and relationship managers who, in the words of their plan sponsor clients, have demonstrated exemplary service.
Plan sponsors responding to the 2022 PLANSPONSOR Defined Contribution (DC) Survey singled out their recordkeeper representatives by name and gave specific examples of why they were nominating them. The PLANSPONSOR Strategy and Operations group reviewed the 152 nominations and plan sponsor comments before selecting three individuals and six teams. Service Stars are chosen for excellence in a range of service areas.
