We may disclose the information we collect, as described above, to companies that perform services on behalf of your employer such as accountants or lawyers. If you decide to close your account(s) or become an inactive customer, we will adhere to the privacy policies and practices as described in this notice.

You may rely on us to protect the personal and private information you have entrusted to us. Every precaution, in accordance with federal laws and regulations, is used to limit access to personal information about you to those employees who assist us in providing products and services to meet your needs. To protect your privacy, we limit the information we share both within and outside of Sentinel. We conduct our business with great respect for the confidential nature of the information being provided. We will not share information about you, unless authorized by you, except as outlined below.
Sharing Information Within Sentinel
The sharing of information within Sentinel allows us to provide you with complete and superior service. We may share with Sentinel companies the information described above in the section captioned “Information Sentinel Collects.” This includes information about your transactions or experiences with us, information you supply on your account applications, and information we receive from third parties.
You have the right to instruct us not to share certain information (other than information about our transactions and experiences with you) from your account applications or information we receive from third parties among affiliated financial service companies. We Share Information with Companies Who Help Provide Service to You
Sentinel may share the information described under the section “Information Sentinel Collects” with companies external to Sentinel to complete a transaction you have requested or to help us service your account.
Sharing Information in Other Situations
Sentinel may share the information described under the section captioned “Information Sentinel Benefits Collects” when we are permitted or required by law. Examples include responding to a subpoena, conducting a fraud investigation, or reporting to a credit bureau. We may also share this information when authorized by you, including sharing information with a designated trusted contact. Sentinel is authorized to contact any designated trusted contact and disclose information about your account to address possible financial exploitation, to confirm the specifics of current contact information, health status, or the identity of any legal guardian, executor, trustee or holder of a power of attorney, or as otherwise permitted by FINRA Rule 2165.
You authorize your wireless carrier to disclose information about your account, such as subscriber status, payment method and device details, if available, to support identity verification, fraud avoidance and other uses in support of transactions for the duration of your business relationship with us. This information may also be shared with other companies to support your transactions with us and for identity verification and fraud avoidance purposes.
