He helps companies apply brain-based solutions and the science of human interaction in the workplace to increase engagement, accountability, and performance. He is a frequent keynote speaker at leadership, workplace culture, and human resource conferences including Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) national and state conferences.
More than thirty years of corporate experience, coaching more than 400 executives, and crafting leadership solutions at Fortune 100 companies enable Jeff to bring proven approaches to help leaders and teams in any size organization. Jeff is the Chief Coaching Officer and Chief HR Officer at CoachSource, the world’s largest pure-play, executive coaching company. He is president of Nally Group Inc., focused on the science of leadership and intentional interaction in the workplace. Jeff is co-author of Rethinking Human Resources, Humans@Work, and When Work Works.
He is a former board member at The Society for Human Resource Management Foundation, Metro United Way, The International Coach Federation Ohio Valley Charter Chapter, Spalding University’s School of Business Advisory Board, and Stand Beside Them Inc. where he volunteers to coach military veterans. Jeff was named one of the top Twenty People to Know in Human Resources by Business First of Louisville and is the 2021 recipient of the Thomas J. Leonard Coach Humanitarian Award.
