Cindy is a Benefit Analyst at Sentinel Group with more than 24 years of group insurance experience. Prior to Joining Sentinel she worked for a broker’s office for 16 years and a large Worcester-based insurance carrier for 8 years. Cindy has extensive group experience, including medical claims, benefit and new group administration. Her key strengths are her customer service skills, including her commitment to providing superior customer service.
