Cat brings a unique perspective to her role in sales, drawing on her previous experience as an Account Manager. Her deep understanding of the client journey allows her to navigate sales discussions and implementation processes with exceptional insight, always asking the right questions and proactively addressing potential issues.
Passionate about compliance, Cat serves as a Board Member for the Employers Council on Flexible Compensation (ECFC), where she works to ensure the relevance of pre-tax medical benefits with key decision-makers in Washington, D.C. She values the support from Sentinel, which empowers her to advocate on Capitol Hill for enhanced service viability and a better participant experience.
In addition, Cat contributes to SIGIS's Eligible Product Committee, where she helps evaluate current and emerging products to ensure their alignment with IRS 213(d) eligibility requirements.
Outside of her professional role, Cat dedicates her time to wildlife rescue programs and two cat rescues. A fun fact about Cat: She can’t see the same color in her eyes that everyone else sees! Both her children inherited the same trait, and none of them can see the appearance of each other’s eyes.
