Sentinel Group is excited to announce the recent expansion of its leadership team with four new equity partners: Ryan Campagna, Douglas Dustin, Benjamin Healy and Gregory Puig.
This change reflects an effort to create a multigenerational firm with more opportunities to grow from within. In addition to their duties as partners, all four new members of Sentinel’s leadership team will continue to lead in their current roles.

Campagna joined Sentinel Group in 2003. As Head of Sales, he is responsible for meeting the organization’s growth objectives while leading a multi-disciplined strategy to bring simplified solutions to clients.
Dustin joined Sentinel Group in 2012. As Chief Financial Officer, he leads the finance and accounting team to oversee the company’s budgets and ensure resources are effectively allocated.
Healy joined Sentinel Group in 2009. As Chief Operating Officer, he is responsible for managing the operations of Sentinel Group administration businesses and customer experience initiatives.
Puig joined Sentinel Group in 2011. As Head of Group Insurance, he oversees Sentinel Insurance Agency’s consulting team and focuses on helping organizations design and administer their employee benefit offerings.
