After Mitchell’s realization that an employee was exploiting a remote setup to work two senior-level jobs, he shares how he didn’t let one untrustworthy person impact the company culture. As Mitchell puts it, “We did not change who we were. We were not going to allow one bad apple to ruin the whole bushel because we have done a really good job of creating this culture.” It is important not to expect the worst of people, Mitchell advises fellow business leaders.
