Harvard offers the Reimbursement Program for Faculty, Administrative and Professional Staff, and other Nonunion Staff. In addition, we offer the Copayment Reimbursement Program for Union Staff.

Mobile App

You can access your account any time and anywhere via our mobile app. Simply download the Sentinel (FSA HSA HRA) Mobile App from the App Store or Google Play to get started. The app even has a special feature for the Medical FSA that allows you to scan a UPC code to determine whether or not the item is eligible for reimbursement!

Navigating Your Online Account

Review this guide to get the most from your online account. Harvard employees looking to access their FSA and/or HSA account online with Sentinel can use the “Login” dropdown menu at the top right-hand part of this page. Use the dropdown menu to select “FSA, HRA, HSA, HRA, Commuter Accounts” and then select “Yes, Continue to Site” to get to the login landing page. You can click on “Get Started” to self-register, or use Harvard’s custom registration process by putting your email address into the Username field, followed by your first name + last 4 digits of SSN for your Password. The system will prompt you to set security question responses and update your password to complete your account registration.
