8 Questions Every Leader Needs to Ask and

8 Conversations Every Employee Needs to Create to Improve Performance

We all want to improve our performance and the team around us. So why is it so difficult to manage performance? And why do we dread performance reviews? It’s not you. It’s the lack of brain-based conversations to gather the best information, accurate data, and real-work examples that’s failing you!

In this webinar you will learn the 8 questions every leader needs to ask to measure performance and achieve outcomes. You’ll also learn the 8 conversations that every employee needs to create to turn one-on-one meetings into useful, meaningful interactions that measure and improve performance. These questions and conversations also improve how we sell to clients, lead project teams, conduct staff meetings, and check-in with our peers.
